I have gratefully built a large Airbnb property investment portfolio from scratch. This has cultivated my dream lifestyle full of freedom, family, choice and travel. I love helping people secure their own financial freedom through property investment. I am being the change I wanted to see in our industry.

Hey, I’m Jamie

I’ve been full-time in property investment for since early 2019.

Before then I had a successful corporate career. However, the more I progressed in my career, the less time and energy I had for the people and things I loved in life. I craved freedom and quality time for my family, hobbies, and travel.

Prior to starting to invest, I spent 2 years learning all the knowledge I could from mentors, courses, good people, and various sources. Being a naturally risk-averse Yorkshireman, this ensured my property portfolio would be built on firm foundations.

Since then, I have grown my property investment portfolio from £0 to over £7 million, including buying 18 properties in 18 months.

My portfolio are luxury holiday let and serviced accommodation assets (Airbnb’s). I love the benefits this strategy provides such as higher cash flow, capital growth and free holidays! (You can learn more about this in my free webinar or podcasts.)

I started small in property, with Rent-to-SA (R2SA) that replaced my salary. I then moved onto buying SA and Holiday Let assets including some outstanding Airbnb properties (manor houses, cottages, a hotel and nearly a castle!)

I have a BIG mission. It started with family; to provide them with a legacy and life full of freedom, fun, choice, and happiness. Two of my siblings have special needs, hence my deeply ethical morals. I’m grateful for my securing our dream lifestyle.

My purpose has since grown into making a life changing difference to people from vulnerable and deprived backgrounds, all through property investment.

I love helping people start and scale their own life changing property investment and Airbnb portfolios. I do this through our industry changing mentorship programs and our exclusive portfolio builder service. Supporting people to secure financial freedom and live their dream life has become my favourite thing about property investment!

I also ethically work alongside private investors and love growing people’s wealth and savings, so they can live their own dream lifestyles.
